SERVICES AVAILABLE

The services available through the Sending Collective include:

• Sending strategy consultation
• Assessment of spiritual, emotional, and physical readiness. Debrief and recommended action points included
• Budget templating to determine needed support
• Receipt and distribution of funds
• Accounting services including tax documentation, expense reimbursement and salary payments
• Networking with field team to broker a healthy receiving opportunity
• Online giving portal with personal and ministry biography on the Sending Collective website
• Partner-development (fund-raising) training and coaching
• Buy-in options for health insurance, retirement, and risk management.
• Child safety training
• Connection with a loving and caring team of sending experts

THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS
In partnership with sending churches and mission agencies, the Sending Collective provides the following assessment steps:

• Six references received and reviewed—two church references, two personal references and two professional references
• Emotional and spiritual assessment tool, including debrief sessions with a professional, licensed counselor
• Doctrinal alignment review
• Debt assessment and management
• Evaluation of compatibility with the receiving partner
• Background check

MISSIONARY CARE
The Sending Collective works with both the sending church and the receiving field to draw up an intentional plan for ongoing missionary care. We can empower and coach you to care for those you send out, and can also help explore the missionary care options available through the receiving team.

CONNECTING WITH PARTNERS

We work with a growing network of receiving partners. If your church already has a geographic area, partnering organization or specific focus, we can work with that! We will identify which services best fit your sending vision and strategy.

If your church does not currently have a partnering organization that can receive members, no problem! We can connect you with a network of organizations that are ready and willing to receive missionaries sent through the Sending Collective.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Through our own staff or through close, vetted partners, the Sending Collective can provide or recommend training, care, and support options based on the needs and desires of a sending church or organization. Some of those resources or services would be at an additional cost.
